2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly:

• Contact / lead form — name, work email, phone number, company or website, primary focus, budget range, and the message you send us via the contact form on /contactus or any landing-page form.
• Account information — if you are a client with portal access, the credentials and profile data needed to authenticate and collaborate.
• Project data — documents, tasks, timesheets, and files you share with us inside your dashbe environment to deliver our services.

We also collect technical data automatically:

• Server logs — IP address, browser type, referring URL, and request timestamps, used for security and reliability.
• Cookies — only when the cookie banner is enabled. See section 4 below.

• To respond to your inquiry and prepare proposals.

4. AI processing & sub-processors

To help analyze and act on your information, some text you submit may be sent through our AI gateway to a cloud large-language-model provider (Ollama Cloud) for tasks such as summarization, drafting, and answering questions about your data. We minimize the data sent and apply a character-truncation safeguard on the gateway. Treat any sensitive personal data accordingly before sharing it with us, and tell us if a dataset must stay out of AI processing.

We use hosting and infrastructure sub-processors to run the platform. A current list is available on request.

5. Cookies

Our site uses essential cookies required for authentication and core function. When the cookie banner is enabled, non-essential cookies (for example analytics) only run after you consent, and you can change your choice at any time from the banner. See our Cookie Policy for details.

6. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or to meet legal or contractual requirements. Lead data is retained for a reasonable business-development period; project data is kept for the duration of the engagement and the retention period agreed in your contract.
